All products are made on demand. This means we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or preference changes.
If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days at contact@pipow.co with your order number and photos. If approved, we’ll sort it with a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank and other mysterious forces.
Shipping (Out of Our Hands, Mostly)
Orders are fulfilled through Printful and shipped via third-party carriers.
Production time usually takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. If something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are your responsibility. We recommend double-checking. Seriously.
